When you make an enquiry or booking, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, travel dates, number of guests and any message or preferences you share.

When you browse the site, we collect standard analytics such as pages viewed and approximate location, used only in aggregate to improve the site.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, confirm and manage your stay, and answer questions before and during your visit. We may contact you about your specific booking by phone, email or WhatsApp.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. You can decline non-essential cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to make an enquiry.

Our site uses the Meta pixel, a small piece of code from Meta, from the first page you visit unless you decline. It tells Meta which pages you visit and when an enquiry is sent from our form. It does not send what you write in the form.

When you send an enquiry, we share your contact details with Meta only in coded (hashed) form, to measure how our ads perform and to find people similar to our guests. Unless you decline, the Meta pixel may also send your contact details from our forms to Meta in coded (hashed) form.

To decline or change your choice, use the Cookie settings link at the foot of any page. If you decline, the pixel stops and the site works just the same.

To ask us to remove your details, including what was shared with Meta, write to us or call using the details below.

We share details only with the team and caretakers at the resort you are booking, and with service providers (such as a payment processor) strictly as needed to deliver your stay.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by writing to us. We keep enquiry and booking records only as long as needed for our records and legal obligations.
